Both foam; one harder/stiffer and about 4" thick. The second is about 6-8" thick and softer foam. Thin one is really clean. Thicker has a stain but not bodily fluids. I used the thin on top of the thicker one like a box spring. I used a mattress pad on that one. Used 1 year. I inherited a new one and no longer need these. I bagged them each in plastic and left them next to the dumpsters at 1020 East Main. No bed bugs and a roach free apartment.

Twenty-three (23) pair of post-bladder surgery/menstrual lined panties. Excellent condition. Most are XXL or XL. They cover so much more than the expensive brands you see online. Just know ahead: DO NOT DRY in the dryer -- they will shrink AND the lining will be damaged. This is experience speaking.
