Working treadmill with various speeds, inclines and programmes. It’s very sturdy and has been well used by all the family. The emergency stop cord has been replaced with a string as the original cord snapped, but it still functions. It folds up for easy storage. Mat included.

Sturdy, wooden framed armchair. I’d view this as a project, since: (i) it needs a new button sewn on the back to retain the cushion; a repair to the fabric on the seat; re-varnishing of the wood at the arms following the actions of an enthusiastic dog. (ii) it would benefit from re-upholstering to bring it from 1970 into the modern age.

The Surfers Path COMPLETE MAG SET 1 to 100 (Townsend AL3)
From issue no1 April-May 1997, to issue 100 in Jan-Feb 2013, this is THE complete set, of what I think were the most beautifully photographed and authored surf - travel! - magazines ever produced. In reluctantly downsizing, it's time you indulged yourself in them too. I've never seen a complete set for sale; there are many offers of a few handfuls out there, but never The Lot. This Lot includes three bonus extras - a spare, wrapped Issue 27; the SAS dvd Protect Our Waves (pictured); and SURF mag 50 trips before your knees give up;-))

As per photos, both new, the tray has a slight bump in it and the doors need seals. Tray is 1000mm by 700mm Diamond sliding shower door 1000mm wide They were delivered like this and the company provided replacements but didn’t want these back. Both together please The glass doors are heavy so needs two people to carry. You’ll need a large estate or van.

Vertical slat blinds (Howlands, AL7)
White plastic vertical slat blinds 134cm wide by 94cm tall Fair condition. The blinds work well but several of the weight clips have snapped which makes the slats flap around as the bottom cord is loose. They could be easily replaced by slotting in new ones - you can buy a full new set online for about £3. Both pull string mechanisms work well, to open/close and to adjust the angle of the slats.

The chairs are in excellent structural condition but the beige covering has deteriorated in places as shown in the accompanying photographs. Can be used as they are or with chair covers or they are perfect for re-upholstering. Approximate measurements – overall height = 101cm; width = 42cm; seat depth = 42.5cm; seat height from floor = 48cm; seat back height = 57cm.
