Easy Care Houseplant Now Potted (Penzance TR18)
This is an easy care houseplant which can be treated like a succulent ie doesn't need much watering at all. Ours are on north facing window sills and thrive. This has now been potted into a plastic pot. Sorry no spare ceramic or similar pot to put it in. This does flower. The last photo is of one of ours showing what it looks like in time. Will wait to reply to give everyone a fair chance.

I sal on Happy Return, she is an old heritage boat and she's a real piece of Cornish history anyone can join. But my reason for this request is this, we are in need of a tendor for her little boat companion Mispah. We run on membership donations and Happy has just had to have major restoration work recently and the cost has exhausted our reserves. So we are in need of another tendor for Mispah as the one we have is pretty much fit for the dump. We would so much appreciate it if anyone has one tucked away in a garage somewhere? I thought this a worthy request to put out to you kind folks here on trash nothing. I will keep my fingers crossed 🤞

1995 Mitsubishi Pajero Side Step/Running Board (Lipson PL4)
Single Metal Side Step/Running Board taken off a 1995 Mitsubishi Pajero my parents had years ago and has just been hanging around ever since. It has been stored outside for some of that time. It has some corrosion on it and I believe the struts that would have attached it to the vehicle as well as one of the plastic end parts are no longer there but the board itself still feels strong so I imagine it could still be used for something. Dimensions: Length 160cm x Width 15.5cm Collection from PL4 Greenbank.

Table dimensions: length 137 cm, width 107 cm, height 72 cm Very solid and stable table. The table can be wound apart and an extra leaf dropped into the middle, making it 183 cm long. The table top has signs of wear and tear. One side or one leg has wood worm holes that have been treated. There has been no woodworm activity since I bought the table. If you do not have your own transport, delivery in the West Penwith area may be possible

Full sized Bosch stainless steel dishwasher needs fixing: heating element seems to have stopped working. Not heating up. 11yrs old. It’s been a really helpful part of my world & if someone can fix it. There’s no reason it couldn’t continue to help others. I guess this is it last chance before skipping. A little dust & dirt on the exterior/interior has just become slightly funky in a week it’s been sitting there & a small dent on it’s side. It’s in a wheelchair accessible home & should be on the easy side to collect.

Well worn/used as in photo, but very solidly built and recline/swivel mechanism still works in both chairs. Very comfortable and would be fine with a throw or if someone has the skills to re-cover them. We've bought a couple of new chairs to replace these but dudn't want to take them to the tip if someone could use/bring them back to life.
