Bypass Loppers & Shears (Lipson PL4)
I've got some bypass loppers and shears I no longer need, but there are some issues with them, which will need addressing before they can be used. With the loppers I think the bolts holding it together just need to be tightened up, as they're a bit loose, the blade is a bit rusty but it still cuts fine, also the locking mechanism which holds the handles together has broken off, which I'm a bit annoyed about but it won't affect their use. The issue with the shears is that the mechanism on one of the bottoms has come off, making it impossible to lock it into place, so it just slides up and down loosely. I don't know whether this is fixable or not, if it can't be easily fixed then it could possibly be permanently fixed in place, the blades are a bit rusty. Collection from PL4 Greenbank.

Dark Concrete grey shower boards. We have two complete boards which have slight damage (2400×1000mm) but still usable depending on size you require cutting from them, and several offcuts from the ones we used. PVC, totally waterproof. If anyone can make use of them (we've got some in our utility room where the dog get soggy) then collection St Agnes ASAP. Ignore the door in the photo, it's just on top of the two boards currently!

Vispring king size mattress (Falmouth TR11)
A very high-quality Vispring mattress, pocket-sprung, quite firm. It is an old mattress, but was top of the range in its day so is still very comfortable with no sign of spring deterioration. Its age means it's not quite a standard modern size - the closest is UK king size (150cm x 200cm), but I get slightly under those dimensions when I measure it, more like 148cm x 195cm x c22 cm deep. It does have some old staining due to being stored for a number of years by its previous owner; we have just always used a mattress protector in the years we've used it. Moving it on now as we acquired it from a friend who said it was a double; it isn't, and so doesn't fit our bed frame and we're fed up of the overhang! Available to collect from central Falmouth. NB it is heavy due to its construction and age, it will need a van or roof rack and two people to manoeuvre.

Toddler's Bed Frame (Lipson PL4)
Toddler's bed frame. Recommended max child weight for this bed frame is 20kg. I don't have the mattress for it so I am unable to include it but it takes a 140cm x 70cm size mattress. It has various points of cosmetic imperfections (see photos). I had to do a small repair on one part where there was a small split in the wood which I fixed by screwing it back in place (see photo showing this). I couldn't locate all of the original bolts so I've replaced them with some I had which has led to the head type being different on some of them. You will need an allen key or equivalent bit as well a phillips head screwdriver, I'm not sure what size it is but can show you the one I used to assemble it when you collect the bed. Dimensions: Mattress base 140cm x 70cm. Frame: Length 143cm Width 76.5cm Height Base 19cm Headboard 59cm / Footboard 40cm The bed has been disassembled. Collection from PL4 Greenbank.
