King Size Divan Bed (Lipson Vale PL3)
In good condition with 4 drawers but 1 drawer struggles to open/close. The base is in 2 parts so easy to move. The king size mattress is very comfy, very heavy, stain free as it has always had a mattress protector on it then a mattress topper on top of that. The mattress protector is like new and the mattress topper cover can be removed to wash, they can go with the bed if wanted as well. The headboard comes with it too. From a non-smoking house. Silver upright freezer. Been used in the garage as backup, very handy at Christmas. There are a few very faint surface rust marks which may polish out. Ideal for the bulk storage of animal food or fish. 145cm (57 inch) high. 60cm (24 inch) deep and 52cm (21 inch) wide. The width and width are approximate due to curved edges.

All were all laundered and line dried during the hot summer. Since stored in vacuum bags. Surplus to requirements. 1 x 10.5 tog king size with mixed fibre cover and polyester filling. 1 x 10.5 tog king size with polycotton cover and polyester filling. This is a Mark & Spencer duvet. It was a superking but I reduced it to kingsize. 1 x 4.5 tog king size with a polypropylene cover and polyester filling.

Two Food Related Books (PL4 Greenbank.)
Books: 500 Fabulous Cakes and Bakes by Hermes House. Everyday Low Carbs Cooking by Alex Hass I've got two food related books which were included with some others items I picked up recently I have no use for them myself so wanted to see if anyone else could make use of them. I should note I don't know how these were stored prior to me acquiring them only that they do smell a bit musty and they have some marks on them so please take this into consideration before requesting them. Drop Leaf Table (Needs TLC / Upcycling Project). (Lipson PL4)
Drop Leaf Table in need of repairs. The top of the table will need to be completely replaced which will require new wood and hinges so this could be nice for someone looking for a project to work on. I do have some wood which could possibly be used with it but it's not the same type or color. The middle part of top is secured in place with six screws. I have removed this part for the time being as it's easier to store with it off but I can install it back in place prior to collection if requested. Dimensions: Width 99cm Height 75cm Depth 31.5cm With the legs extend out they measure 48cm on either side of the middle top part so this gives you the option to make the full size of the top be around 115cm width or more if you wanted there to be an overhang.
