G Plan 3 Seater High Back Beige Fabric Sofa, too good to skip. I bought this new about 5 years ago and it cost over £1,000. The dimensions are L-208cm, H -103cm, D -100cm. The back of the sofa requires cleaning albeit that it looks worse in the photo then looking at it. The Fabric itself is in excellent condition. Buyer to collect, it will take two people, I cannot lift it as I am 76 and cannot lift heavy items. Pick up from Great Ashby SG1 area. £0.

Wooden with metal rungs. Each section is 304cm (10ft) in length. These are quite old but still usable. Being wood they are heavier than more modern aluminium versions. Always kept in garage so no weather damage.

An unused Philips remote control, never used, no batteries plus another thing we found. It obviously came with a computer at some time, never used and we have no idea what it is for. Edited to add - another Freegler has let me know these are a Philips OVU4003/00 USB IR receiver and remote control set for Windows Media Center. Used 18mm MDF Sheet (Wigmore LU2)
18mm MDF sheet 542 x 2295mm Stored upright in the garage and bent/warped under its own weight. Imperfections on both sides from adhesive and other fixings but suitable for cutting into smaller sections and for use where the final appearance isn't important.
