We're giving this away because the built-in ground is leaky and has let water in when we've camped in the rain. It would be fine to use in dry weather, or with a separate larger groundsheet perhaps. It's in good condition apart from that. It's a big tunnel-style tent with a large central area and bedrooms at either end. It's in its bag with all poles etc.

European single size bunk bed with built in shelves. One small repair to the bottom bed base, but still very sturdy. Has a few stickers that would need to be peeled off. WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN APART AND CARRIED DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS. If you’d like to come look at it before committing, that’s fine. I just don’t want to have to break it up and take it to the tip.
