Bathroom Cupboard Floor Standing (Patcham BN1)
Tall bathroom cupboard, floor standing with wall fastenings. 188.5cm tall x 30cm wide x 30cm deep. Grey. The base has had a small profile cut out at each side so it sits snugly up against our skirting board. Inside a small rectangle has been cut out to get access to a power socket. Fixings are included but one of the screws is stiff or jammed and may need some oil to loosen it. The cabinet and shelves are in good condition.

We are getting a new sofa so giving away this one as it was given to us free of charge. 228cm L x 144cm D The frame is in sturdy condition and the seat cushions have some sagging, but are comfortable. It works well as a sofa bed, but when used as a sofa, the back needs support against a wall. Storage is ample under both sections of sofa.

This is a Marks and Spencer very comfortable 2 seater sofa which due to being kept in the Conservatory the covers have come into disrepair which is the reason for the covers I have placed on it , If anyone would like it either for use you can adapt with throws or even have it recovered )I am sure it will do someone a good turn .It really is a very comfy sofa
