4 boxes of White, 1 box of Blue. Only one box has been opened to see the tiles. 10cm x 10cm tiles 100 per box. As you can see the white tile has a textured/non-flat surface, I've tried to catch the light reflection to show this.

Brand new integrated basin. Could be mounted in normal unit or worktop (with a bit of adaptation). It has a tiny scratch on the edge (see photo) but apart from that it is brand new in the box....will work perfectly OK if you can ignore (or possibly repair) the small mark.

It's a box of light fishing line and hooks and a lure. Could be good for a youngster getting into the hobby. I no nothing about angling, so don't really have any more info. The box is a nice heavy duty steel one, but the hinges need repairing. Could be a nice little fix for somebody able.

Free ergonomic yellow mesh desk chair with flip-up armrests and wheels. Structurally solid and rolls smoothly. Minor cosmetic marks/stains on seat fabric from normal use (see photos), but super comfy. Condition for collection: Must be collected directly from inside my building/hallway in central Brighton.

Epson Stylus Photo 1500w A3 Photo printer. Wifi compatible. This was a brilliant printer until I gave it a long rest. Now it does everything it should except putting ink to page. I've tried cleaning the print heads with cleaning fluid, but no luck, it was easier to buy a replacement. Someone might like to have a play around and try their luck. Collection from BN41 by arrangement.

i make old computer components into working systems for people that just need a machine for the web, old people mostly, nearly anything can be useful and if not it can be recycled, everything is done online now and not all people have the money to go to currys, i give them away free or cheap depending on how much the system cost me to make.
