i make old computer components into working systems for people that just need a machine for the web, old people mostly, nearly anything can be useful and if not it can be recycled, everything is done online now and not all people have the money to go to currys, i give them away free or cheap depending on how much the system cost me to make.

Old ikea frying pan that has seen better days? I think most of it is able to be cleaned off, like some rust on the side.
