8 x BELLIGHT 40 watt golfball light bulbs. Screw fittings. Computer mouse in photo to indicate size. I would not recommend these for use in a bathroom; they seem to have a very low tolerance to damp - at least that is what my experience suggests to me! Just snagged a newer one of these so no longer needed. I've had this for years, it's comfy, height adjustable, upright and leant back positions, and spins very slowly by itself if you sit cross legged which I usually do. That's the only downside. I have just cleaned it with upholstery cleaner.
