Kids bike in reasonable condition. It was my grandsons who has outgrown. 20" wheels, the frame measures 20" from the ground to the top of the frame where the seat post fits. It could be doing with a gear cable although the bike is still usable as it is. May need a little brake adjustment.

The actual filter can be replaced when no longer effective and although dusty as you’ll see at the moment , it is still working well. Pick up only , sorry I can’t deliver. Great for allergies and cleansing air in rooms.
