I also have a flashing unit to install a single window which was sent in error, though I can't 100% guarantee it's all there as it was opened before we realised it was the wrong unit for our location (we needed a double unit). Having a clearout and getting rid of my beloved metal weathervane. Rotates on the pole just fine although the pole is a bit bendy, will straighten out if restrained properly. Or, you can detach the vane from the pole and use your own. Would be a shame if it went in the scrap bin. Please let me know when you can collect!

1990’s reproduction desk and chair (Lambridge BA2)
Good quality leather-top desk, but its had a hard life and has dinks, scratches and bits of missing trim. It could be saved with a bit of work. Locks work and there are keys. Leather top not too bad, no serious damage but needs some love. Also a captains chair used as a desk chair. Its a bit wobbly on its pedestal. We have moved house and we dont have room any more. Must go or off to the dump
