Handmade and really solid whelping box but could be for a tortoise or puppy at home. (I used it as a 8 week old puppy box on the lawn Good plastic coated wire sides. Beautiful craftmanship. Carpet tiles included 4' square. Approx 16 inches high. Comes apart for transport and assembled with a few screws (not provided) To be collected

As new . Medium firm ( too firm for me ) . Used with a mattress protector . No pet home . Weight approx 25 Kg . For collection . Online seller of this mattress had a T&C they will not accept a mattress back if it has been slept on ( even if using a mattress protector ) . Most online sellers of Emma mattresses give at least a 30 day trial .

Office chair. This is a well used chair and the seat doesn't stay at the height at which it is set. When you sit on it, the seat very slowly descends to its lowest position. Seat height varies from 51cm down to 39cm from the floor - but you may need to adjust it back to the right height.
