Undamaged, no accidents, very good condition. I have the instructions for it too. The back needs reattaching to the seat if intended for use with younger children (it's designed to attach/detach as your child gets older). It has some noticeable staining and some cat scratches on the fabric however it would be perfect for a home with pets, a playroom, or someone happy to use a sofa cover/or give it a deep clean. Approximate measurements - 2.5 = 160w x 105 h x 90d 2 seater = 140w x 105h x 90d. Recliner is heavy and will need 2 people and van to collect.
