Dark Purple late spring Early Summer flowering low growing Hebe. Apologies I have mislaid the Label and can not remember the name. It has outgrown my area. I will leave in the ground where it is till the day of collection and try and get rid of the other Purple flowering bits in amongst it as well . Maybe someone can find it on a plant id . Can be rooted cuttings as well .

Hi there! I am looking for clean, thin household cardboard to use as chewing and boredom-relief material for my eight rescue gerbils. It makes a huge difference to their mental health as they need a lot of stimulation/enrichment. I am looking for items such as empty cereal boxes, toilet roll tubes, kitchen towel rolls, egg cartons, chocolate boxes, biscuit boxes (eg Ritz) etc. I don't require cardboard with lots of plastic or tape over it or with a strong chemically smell to it or cardboard that is corrugated. Vintage Maglite torch for repair, great piece of American manufacturing. Solid metal build. I wanted to restore this myself, but I just can’t get the base off! It needs someone with a vice or two very good clamps. The tools I have available just can’t do it. I think there are batteries inside which have corroded, and it’s corroded that bottom screw piece shut. It would be a shame to scrap this, 20+ years ago it was my dads, it’s so well made. Working ones still sell quite well, so hopefully someone can enjoy the project and get it working again.
