The waste and overflow pipes have been ultrasonically cleaned. 85 x 50cm Two tap holes already drilled, includes a hole block for the one you don’t need to use.

Excavated land/dirt (Portobello WV13)
Dug out the back lawn and moved to the front, there's between 9 and 11 tonnes here, and I was this close to getting a grab hire to come take it away before the wife suggested I put it on here. Large rocks/rubble/bricks were removed at the excavation stage however some smaller pieces may remain, even then, very little! Concrete blocks pictured are not included and have since been removed anyway, no delivery possible however with enough notice I may be around to help you shift some.
