Christmas lights (Brantham CO11) These are quite old and have bulbs rather than LEDs. Several of the bulbs need replacing, although they do work as they are. Can be made to flash etc in various ways. Located in Brantham on the A137.

Tiles (Brantham CO11) 27 tiles, a bit old-fashioned but unused. All but 2 are 6 inches square, the other 2 are 8 inches square. Also have some smaller tiles (4 inches square I think) if they are of interest. Located in Brantham on the A137.

Wooden Curtain Pole (IP5) A mid-brown wooden pole 35mm in diameter, 288cm (about 9.5ft) long with a joint in the middle. There are 3 fixing points to screw it to the wall and finials at each end. It is in perfectly usable condition and comes with 44 matching curtain rings.

Pure wool suit - excellent condition (Goldhanger CM9) Grey suit - jacket and trousers. Only worn for job interviews and one wedding! That is me wearing it at the wedding ... a few years ago. Ahem. It's Pure New Wool with a Viscose lining. Trousers have turnups. Annoyingly the only number that looks like a size is 36 on the trousers but when I bought this I was probably a 31 waist! It's a fairly slim fit for someone fairly slim!
