3 sets of Christmas lights as per photos. All in working order and used last year though the Ultrabright set has some bulbs that don’t light but there’s spares in the box. Carousel set has Christmas tunes. Collect from near Sainsbury’s Tollgate. When replying state when you can collect.

It's a double bed frame that may be fit for a king mattress. It can be separated into two parts as red highlighted in the image for easy transportation. Also replacement bed slats can be taken out and used to store the unwanted stuff within the bed.

They're non-magnetic stainless steel, so unsuitable for induction hobs. 15cm milk pan plus 17cm, 19cm and 21cm pans. Neither the milk pan nor the 21cm pan has a lid. They aren't coated with non-stick. I've recently converted from gas to induction hob, hence these are no longer useful for me, though were in regular use until the change.

MDF Christmas Tree (Brantham CO11)
Homemade MDF Christmas Tree on heavy metal base. This was used for several years at family get togethers. Each of the four 'panels' of the tree has nails on which small numbered gifts were hung for a Christmas 'raffle'. This might be useful for fundraising events or could be revamped for decorating or other uses. Can be easily dismantled for transporting. Tree size: 70cm high, 60cm wide. Central pole extends 40cm above the tree. Located in Brantham on the A137.
