Splits in 2 sections and arms can be removed but I forgot how/what tool is needed 😂 I’ll check if someone wants it. Legs will come off too. Has some marks from use and has been loved by a cat- I’ll do my best to de-fluff it but there will be signs of use. Bottom dust cover of chaise section has been removed due to zip not working - does not affect structure of sofa and easily re-covered. You will need 2 people and a van. I can provide dimensions if required. Collection is from a 2nd floor flat.

Honeywell QuietSet Tower Fan (8 Speed Settings, Oscillating 80°, Timer Function, Remote Control, Dimming Options). Comes with mains lead and plug and remote control. It is fully functioning but spits out dust because it needs taking apart and cleaning. I will only allow this to go to someone who can do that as it is not healthy to use it in its current state. In your reply please include confirmation that you understand the state of the item and that you have the skills to clean the fan.

Double memory foam mattress topper, 7cm thick. Has been used but cover has been freshly laundered (one tiny stain remains) and foam is still in good shape. No pics of it flat as is rolled up for storage, cover being stored separately after washing. From a home with a cat. Useful as is or to be cut up for craft etc.
