Metal oil tank - in good condition. 184cm long 122cm high 122cm wide This converts to about 2.5k litres but apparently you take 90% of this to get the filling capacity. Anyway it’s big, 550 gallons. I had it since new, professionally installed about 10 years ago and it’s just been cleaned up by me and looks in good condition. I’ve moved over to Air Source Heat Pumps hence the reason for getting rid. Not sure if it’s bunded or not, but as it’s steel and in good condition it’s definitely good to use. “Plenty of life left in the tank” as they say. Obviously this needs collecting - it’s sitting on bricks, raised up, by my driveway so can be lifted onto a trailer by a couple of people quite easily.

Konica copier/printer (CO11)
Konica bizhub C250 A3 colour copier/printer. Currently has a fault (see photos). For a while this fault has occurred randomly and when reset it sometimes works as normal. Could be an easy fix for someone who knows more than me. When it does works it produces excellent quality prints. Comes with some new toner cartridges and imaging units. Original manual included. I've only ever used it with a USB connection. I needed something more reliable so have replaced it. Will need two strong people to move it, as I am currently unable to offer much assistance. Located in Brantham on the A137.

Karndean alabaster square floor tiles (Sudbury CO10)
These are 16" (406mm) square. There are 8 which have never been used, plus 6 which were used to do a cloakroom (but NOT stuck down so no sticky residue on the back). But these 6 were cut to fit the room but all have at least 2 perfect sides , ie not trimmed. They are not self-adhesive so will require suitable adhesive. Karndean is a luxury vinyl flooring and very hard-wearing. Hopefully someone can make use of them.
