Spider pant and a peace lily. Both will need repotting shortly and the lily will need a bit of tic as it was divided a couple of month ago. Both plants are very hard to kill and my daughter has really tried! Gifting as my daughter’s allergies can no longer tolerate having the lily in her room and the spider plant is a division of the one she’s keeping. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE POST!!! Original roofing felt included but will probably benefit from replacing it before winter, as it has a couple of felt nail holes in it (had to remove felt to access screws). Already dismantled. Pretty good condition, will need a coat of paint inside and out, but sturdy enough. No window. PLEASE NOTE!!! Floor is not included, so you'll need to sort one yourself. Door fits fine, I took it off before I remembered to take photos! You will need new screws for reassembly. You will need a very large vehicle or a roof rack for collection (Chellaston) I have a Peugeot Partner van and it won't fit in it. All accurate sizes are shown in photos. Any Q's please ask. Collection asap please.

Unit is 183cm tall, 30.5cm deep, 81.5cm wide. Beech veneer. Some staining and minor damage, mainly bottom corner (see photo). Unit does not collapse down so MUST be able to collect and MUST have a vehicle large enough to fit the unit.
