(This is a large and heavy chair. I can lend a hand with maneuvering but you'll need two reasonably strong people to move this and a pickup truck or other large Vehicle) Blue fabric electric lift recliner in perfect working condition, minimal wear to fabric. My mom used this for years but kept it covered with blankets and we were pleased upon removing them to find that the country blue velour upholstery is still squeaky-clean. Also she used the recline and lift functions for only a few weeks, preferring to use this as a regular chair. Excellent option for someone who has a hard time getting up, or who spends a lot of time resting/sleeping in a chair as it's really comfy. I've Needs to plug into an outlet. For full recline, 20" of clearance needed from back wall. I've included a photo of the seat from above, as the light and shadows from other angles make it look like there are stains on the seat and there are not. Pockets on both sides of the chair accommodate magazines, remote controls. Location is Three Bridges near Fusco Rentals/rt 202. Seat height: 18" Back height: 38" Arm height: 23" Seat cushion/ seating area: 22" wide x 21.5" front to back Chair base: 29" wide, 33" front to back Fully reclined length 60" Always smoke-free home.

OFFER: Complete mixed contents of a 5×10 storage unit as one lot — Brooklyn Navy Yard PSNY, a nonprofit, is gifting the complete released contents of a first-floor 5×10 storage unit at iStoreGreen, 12 Hall Street, Brooklyn. The entire floor footprint is occupied, with material piled approximately halfway to two-thirds of the unit height. Almost everything is unsorted and contained in contractor bags. It includes a mixture of fabric, shirts, art/craft supplies, electronics, musical equipment, shelving, merchandise, event/festival supplies, books, cardboard, deposit bottles, plastic wrapping and other mixed materials. This is one indivisible, as-is gift. It is not available item by item. We will not open bags, create an inventory, test equipment or permit onsite browsing or rummaging. PSNY has reviewed and cleared the complete contents for release, but condition and functionality are unknown. The recipient must collect the lot as offered and sort it offsite. Keeping, sharing, donating or reselling usable material is fine, subject to group rules. Anything the recipient later decides not to keep must be handled legally and responsibly. Important: some bags contain glass. Do not throw, drop, kick, drag, crush or compact bags. Pickup by confirmed appointment Monday July 20 or Tuesday July 21, with at least two hours’ notice and completion by 5:30 p.m. First-floor access; no elevator needed. Serious inquiries only, please. (I've had my fill of people who request then disappear or constantly change plans, or can't show up on time. I've also has my fill of dopes who, despite seeing the dimensions shown above, show up with flimsy shopping carts. NO WAY! An honest-to-god LUGGAGE cart is required.
