Comfortable and cushions and frame in good shape but not cosmetically great. The leather got kind of sticky one summer and some velvet stuck to it (that’s what the fuzzy texture is in one photo) and also some white stuff stuck to one back cushion. I have had it covered with fabric, attached with a strip of Velcro along the back cushions, and that is stuck on with contact cement. Overall fine man cave material, or some emergency furniture before you find something better — or maybe cover it with fabric and it’s fine for a while. Measures 82” x 36” x 32” H (back cushions — frame is more like 29”). Smoke and pet free.
