Cutting of Solomon’s Seal (Morden SM4)
I normally put in small cuttings and forget about them and mark where they are. It flowers around May June time and comes up each year and recedes in the winter. It’s ready to plant now and prefers semi shade/ shade but will grow in the sun and spread slowly. I have a large clump so be patient. It recedes slowly after flowering. Then I cut it back. I took this piece up by accident it will be fine to plant.

I found a Aster whilst weeding today. They are quite tough. They are approximately a metre tall and will pretty much grow anywhere. I grow them but pull up when they travel too far. I use them as cut flowers. It will probably be a bit droopy but will soon recover.

This chair was given to me by my mother in law over 30 yrs ago and has been sitting in my attic ,doing nothing ,ever since . There are scratches on the wood and some dust (obviously ) which I will clean and tidy up if anyone is interested . It’s a sturdy chair other than that .
