Dumbbells 5-12 kg (Rodbourne SN2)
My physio has asked me to start using dumbbells for my back rehabilitation. Does anyone have any that weigh between 5 kg (needed now) to up to 12 kg (future me?) I have asthma so they would need to be from a smokefree home. Many thanks for reading. Kind regards, Sandra

N / LR1 size battery (Abingdon-on-Thames OX14)
I have a small penlight without a battery. It looks like it takes an unusual size. My best guess from researching dimensions is an N or LR1 type. (I don't have an old battery from it to confirm.) If anyone nearby has a spare one of these, even part used, it would be really helpful for me to check if it is the right size and that the penlight actually still works. Thanks!
