There is a small post missing, which is very easy to replace for the repair, unfortunately my children are grown up and my son and partner are not interested in recycling it for their 7 year old son, which is a shame, so I’ve put it on n here with the hope it won’t go to waste and will get some valued play from it. The box is not in the best of conditions but does still close, I have put it in a plastic bag for protection purposes, and is big enough to contain all of the parts, we are having a massive clear out and need it gone asap please.

Carpet that has been lifted to be replaced with wooden floor. Used for circa 20 years but from a pet free home so in a usable state. Room size is 5.7m x 3.7m and carpet all in one piece, although there is a cut out on one side for the fireplace and the full length includes a bay window.

Gas fire removed from lounge as no longer used. In full working order but needs re-installation (likely professional) with a flue and connection to mains gas (microbore). Supplied with both coals and pebbles. Installation manuals can be found online. Height = 59cm, width = 50cm, protrudes approx 12cm and needs to be recessed into the wall about the same. Wooden fireplace surround removed from lounge as no longer used. In good condition but was stuck to the wall with 'no more nails' sealant so will need some cleaning up. 122 wide in total (but 131cm wide at top shelf) and 105cm high Central recess = 88cm wide and 82-90cm high (curved top).
