Octagonal wooden table, width of 92cm. Good condition. Also four accompanying chairs with cream cushions. The cushions have zipable covers and will need a wash or replace. There is also a cream parasol for the table. Table folds up.

Black blackout blind (Charlton OX12)
Black blackout blind. Used but in good condition. Comes with the original wall fixings. The blind itself is approx 171cm wide and 110cm drop. I expect it could be cut down fairly easily. Four Danfoss radiator thermostatic valves (North Hinksey OX2)
These fit on to a radiator and control the heat output according to the setting on the valve. These are Danfoss valves and are secured to the radiator with an Allen grub screw. Two of the valves react to local temperature, two to a sensor at the end of a wire, so can be positioned away from the radiator.

'Emma Original' king-size mattress, 4 years old. Good, clean condition, always used with a mattress cover; just a few small signs of wear on the sides and underneath. This is a medium firm, very comfortable mattress, from a pet-free, non-smoking home. No longer needed, hence trying to re-home it.
