Only a small plant but these two leaves are part of an aspidistra that I was given many years ago. A very old-fashioned plant, aspidistras are known as the 'cast-iron' plant as they are very hard to kill off. The Victorians liked them. Does anyone have a corner for this one? To give an idea of the size - it is in a 12cm high pot.

Memory craft 6000 sewing machine plugged it in and the foot pedal seems to make it work, but that’s as far as I can take it. I know that this was a very expensive machine when it was originally purchased and it was capable of doing all sorts of embroidery and stuff but it’s probably long since been superseded now comes complete with hard cover and box which rather amusingly on the outside says “The Ladies Computer”! Collection as soon as possible, please
