Leather habitat large sofa (Chatham ME5)
Very Good overall condition to the leather has some paint specs on it that would come off with a good clean. underneath the springs have come away which would need free fastening,doesn’t affect its use of the sofa for itself still perfectly fine to sit on as we have still been using it, we’ve ordered a new one so this is no longer needed but would be good to do someone a turn. would need two very strong people to carry it as it’s incredibly heavy. It’s classed as a three seater, but I’d say more large two seater small three seater.

Sturdy chair but the faux has some cracks. we used a throw over it and it works fine. Could be a project. Legs are sturdy and has lots of life left. Collection only.

We are a family with a young child (3 years old) who have recently moved into a private apartment in Maidstone. We are facing severe financial hardship and our home is completely empty. We urgently need the following items to set up our home: - A double bed with a mattress - Two wardrobes for clothes - A TV stand/cabinet with drawers and a small coffee table for the living room - Double and single duvets, pillows, blankets, warm sheets, and curtains/draperies Important note: We unfortunately do not have a car or a van, and my partner works very long hours every single day until 10:30pm. I am at home full time looking after our young child, so we have absolutely no way to collect or pick up any items ourselves. If there is anyone kind enough in the Maidstone community who has any of these items to give away and could possibly help us by delivering them to our flat, we would be eternally grateful.
