Resistance: The hydraulic pistons/springs are older and fairly loose—if you are heavier, you may need to lift your weight slightly during steps. I've been collecting this up in case it came in useful to me but it hasn't and is now taking up valuable room that I've got precious little of at the best of times lol It's the packing paper that Amazon use in their deliveries and it ranges from short to very long. It's all in a box ready for whoever wants it. Could be used to protect delicate items when you move or send parcels that are too small for the box or for children's artwork or whatever else.
