Can anyone make use of this child’s wooden play house in need of restoration, it does need a new floor and some of the wooden slats will need replacing and obviously a new coat of paint, the roof is reasonable and does not leak. It measures about 8ft x 6ft and about 5ft 6in high Will need to removed by the 23rd of September in readiness for garden works. I can assist with the dismantling if required. I've just finished clearing out the cupboard and come across a set of 6 tea cups with NO SAUCERS (which doesn't affect their use or stability) that have barely been used and are in pretty much perfect condition.
