1.5m Metal Shower Head hose (new) (Margate CT9)
This came off a bath mixer tap I bought about 9 years ago and I replaced it with a longer one so this has never been used but the plastic zip bag it has been in for all these years is a bit grubby. Note that the fitting size for taps and shower heads seems pretty much universal. I am also giving away the longer one I bought back then as I replaced it with a smooth plastic one for eaisier cleaning.

Do you have a pair of size 5/6 trainers that would welcome a new home? They are for a friend and need to be trainers that are wider and have a short front. I'm told Puma are the opposite ie long and narrow. Mountain Warehouse, Adidas and others are wider and have a shorter front. Who knew?! :)

Mattress Topper And Spring Core Inserts For Bed Base (Ramsgate CT11)
EDIT: MATTRESS TOPPER TAKEN. Several bed related items available. One mattress topper for double bed, inner is made of latex. Originally bought from John Ryan beds. A bit sunk in the middle but still usable or recyclable. Two spring core bed base inserts (‘ ENGAVÅGEN’) that were used in a double bed over slats and under a bed frame cover. They come as two single bed size inserts. Can be used under mattress for comfort. The latex topper is a bit heavy and awkward to carry for one person but I can assist to get to a vehicle. Can be folded as seen in photos.
