“Semi pre-lit” 7.5’ artificial Christmas tree. Two sections with hinged branches and a non-hinged topper (just needs a little fluffing up). The tree itself is in good condition, but several strings of lights are out. It’ll be a great game for the kids to find the elusive bad bulbs! Or, do what I did, and add some more strings of lights! Box is VERY heavy (60 pounds), so bring some help :-)

Loveseat, free. You probably want to being 1-2 extra people and will need to being a truck to move it. My car is too small to deliver. It doesn't stink or anything but is crummy under the cushions but I got it that way, nothing a vacuum can't fix. My cat has added to the scratches already on it. Pretty comfy but the seats are leather which drives me insane and I want more space in my tiny apartment.
