That being said, there are very firm rules for this sale. 1143 Ives Court NE Atlanta, GA 30319 6/1 Monday: 3-6PM 6/2 Tuesday: 7AM-6PM (dumpster starts around 3PM) Rules: -Respect the home and others. Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave for disruptive, abusive, threatening, unsafe, and/or suspicious behavior. Security onsite. -If you take 1 thing or 100 things - we ask that you help us by moving a box (often empty) up from the basement to the main floor. -Must remove anything you get yourself - there will be no help. This is a 3 story home with stairs. -No early birds -Things will start going in a massive dumpster around 3PM EST. You're still welcome to come by until closing 6sh, but please keep that in mind.
