HP PSC 1219 All-in-One printer, scanner, and copier. Well looked after and in good clean, working order. Uses HP 56 (Black) and HP 57 (Tri-Color) high capacity cartridges (can also use HP 27 / HP 28). Remanufactured/recycled cartridges widely available online for around £18 to £25 for a full black & color twinpack (or ~£10–£13 individually). Comes with installation CD (although drivers also free to download from HP website) and both power and USB cable.

New/unused. Vaillant, boiler flue pipe cover. Bought to box in our under-boiler pipework but plumber fitted boiler too high on the wall 😕 Front panel lifts off for access to pipework and is also paintable. Just needs screws and wall plugs. Also, unused & clean length of PVC pipework trunking for above boiler pipework.

Two M&S fitted sheets both king size (5ft). One white, one pale biscuit coloured. The white one is deep fitted. Biscuit = cotton rich (around 70% cotton). White = lyocell and cotton mix. Both in great clean condition, way too good to throw away. *Obviously* clean/freshly washed!! Only giving away as I need 100% cotton. Collection preferred from Orton Waterville.
