This a sofa seat from a dfs modular sofa set. Although it will benefit from a clean, it is from a pet and smoke free environment. There are no tears. It is approx 1m high, 85cm wide, and 96cm in length. Due to size and metal frame, please consider the weight when lifting and handling, as well as vehicle transport space.

Rabbit/ Guinea pig hutch (Turvey MK43)
65cm d x 120cm w. Sun faded + dusty, hasn’t been occupied for a few years. I think it is sound but roof is a bit warped - we have never had it completely outdoors (it’s under a roof overhang) so I don’t know how weather proof it is. It is a nice sturdy hutch. Collection only, and I am not going to try and take it apart.
