It's a small (3/4? Maybe half size) guitar, with stand, two beginners lesson books, a guitar case, strap, pick, tuning pipe, and a lessons CD. It's not the best by any stretch, but in good general condition*. I imagine it'd be a great 'starter' to see if a child/young person might take to learning the guitar, on the assumption they'd upgrade fairly soon once they get into learning. That was why I got it - to see if I liked it. It's been a few years since I played it - too busy, other projects - and I was forced to start learning guitar as a kid, which I hated then, so I don't know why I tried guitar again! * There are a few scratches on the guitar paint/varnish but nothing major. I have made some minor annotations in one of the books - see photo for example - but only on 3 pages and it doesn't hinder reading the notes (might even help). Before I learned how to change strings properly, the first time I did it, I took all the strings off at once (nooooooo!). You're not supposed to do this due to need to retain tension through the head/neck/body. Doesn't seem to have hurt it, though. The only substantive issue is that, when I was playing it regularly, the G string seemed to get loose very quickly (stop sniggering!). Someone who knows more about guitar keys might know how to fix, but it just meant that I'd give it a quick tune up before I sat down to practice.

I started an abstract 'sleeping Buddha', but I'll never finish it. If someone wants a canvas to white out and use for practice (great for an A'level art student) or, of you feel like it, a project to finish what I started (?!), you're welcome to it.

Compact Multi Gym Equipment (Stepney E1)
Free home multigym available to anyone who can dismantle and collect it themselves. It is used but still in good working condition and is only being given away because it is no longer being used. Please see the photos for its current condition. Important – Please Read Before Arranging Collection * Dismantling: You will need to dismantle the multigym yourself when collecting it so that you know how to reassemble it. Please bring your own tools, including Allen keys/spanners. * Lifting & Moving: This is a very heavy piece of equipment with a weight stack. You will need at least two strong people to safely dismantle, carry and load it. * Stairs: The multigym is currently located upstairs on the third floor of the house and will need to be carried down approximately four flights of stairs to the ground floor. * Vehicle: You will need a large estate car, van or large SUV with the seats folded down to transport all the dismantled parts. * Condition: There is some minor wear and tear to the cord/cable, which can be repaired. Otherwise, the multigym is in good working order. * Instructions: An online PDF instruction manual is available to help with reassembly. Classic vintage pink sofa set (2-seater and 3-seater) (Sanderstead CR2)
These sofas are a very nice light/soft pink vintage set, with curled arm rests, wavy designs and mahogany legs. However, the condition of these two sofas are used, old/faded and have a few cat scratches and marks on them. Both of the sofas have some pilling/lint balls across the base under the cushions and both have pulled threads due to my cat along the bottom skirt. On the two-seater sofa, there is one mark/stain on the arm rest and one on its lower side just below the cushion seat. There is also one little hole in one of the two-seater cushions, and cat scratches on the other cushion seat. There is also a scratch mark on the back of the two-seater towards the bottom. On the three-seater sofa, there is a brass castor wheel broken off on the one of the front legs; I have the wheel and I will give it to you, however I'm not sure if it can be glued back on. I am also including to give away its 4 matching cushion covers (38cm x 38cm) The two-seater has its original fire safety label. Further pictures can be sent if needed, especially if clarity is required for any of its defects. But on the whole, these sofas are great if you don't care too much about little imperfections here and there, and will be great for up-cycling. I simply need to clear up some room asap. You will have to come and collect these yourself with a big enough van and with at least 2 of your own people to carry them. The dimensions are as follows... Two-seater sofa: W 158cm, D 90cm, H 87cm. Three-seater sofa: W 210cm, D 90cm, H 87cm.
