Large Bird of Paradise plant (Torbay TQ5)
I am gifting a large Strelitzia reginae often known as a Bird of Paradise plant. It is a tender plant from South Africa. With large tropical leaves and vibrant flowers on tall stems, it’s a spectacular and exotic showstopper for a conservatory or large sunny room. You can put the plant outside for the summer. You can make new strelitzia plants by dividing a large clump or by sowing seeds. One photo show the plant I am giving away. The other photo shows the flower that in the right conditions can come bloom on a plant. The plant measures approx. 110 cm high.
