TP-LinkAV1200 gigabit powerline adapter. This can be used to extend your WiFi network coverage by sending the signal through your power cabling in your house. But you do need (at least) two of them, so this is only of use to someone who has the corresponding adapters. This is the TL-PA8030P model.

White John Lewis reversible mattress topper for a single bed. This has a plain cotton side and a cosy, fleecy side which makes it very warm and comfortable in winter. Photo attached of one of a few very small marks on the cotton side, but the topper has been only lightly used and laundered multiple times (it has just been washed again and tumble-dried). Complies to BS1425. Collect from Piccotts End by arrangement.

It's in reasonable condition, probably could do with a good wash down. The fabric panel underneath is torn a bit. Approx Dimensions (cm): Footprint - 88w x 80d Seat Height - 44 Arm Height - 52 Back Height - 87 Seat Size - 42w x 55d This chair is very heavy and will require two a minimum of two people to move it. It is in a building down the garden approx 60m from where you can park a van. I can facilitate the process by holding doors, clearing the way etc, but I am not able to provide any lifting assistance.

Single Mattress, old but in good condition (no marks etc. as far as I can see). Probably a little tired for use every day but fine for a spare bed or to pull out when the kids have friends over (has been used for this in the past). Have a single duvet/pillows also if useful. This is a home ethernet router - it has 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, main & guest WiFi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) - so basically all the usual router stuff. It also has a USB socket into which you can plug a USB disk, and the router will then support Apple TimeMachine directly. You need the "AirPort Utility" app to configure it, which is native to MacOS and also available for Windows.
