- 2 section wooden extension ladder, 15 rungs per section, 3.9 metres per section. In good condition with a slight split at the base of one section. Kept under cover. It's heavy, can be lifted and carried by one person but 2 would make it easier to manage.

- 30" x 77.25" & 27" x 77.25" x 1.5". Frames solid but 4 hardboard panels are damaged (needs renew or glaze). Hinges need restoring or replacing. No handles or locks. Boarded over early in life, therefore not thickly painted on faces so details preserved but a few patchy remnants of glue and some small tacks. Edges have more paint layers. Collection from Ashley Green please. Take one or both.

- Lovely hexagonal bathroom tiles. We have a pack of white and a pack of duck egg blue unopened. There are 24 tiles per pack. There are also some odd loose tiles, atbleast 20 of the duck egg blue ones. They measure 20cm across (c. 8"). Ideal for a small feature wall.
