Electric oil filled towel rail. Well used for hanging towels but not often used with heating. Has been in the garage, I have cleaned it but another wipe over would be needed. Minor surface staining and runs on the bottom rail. we are in north Tonbridge on the road to Hadlow. Please suggest a time for collection and share a mobile number. Andrew
