Free:
Kendo Stoning Hammer (Bishops Castle SY9)
This is basically a sledgehammer with a shorter handle, but one that doesn’t sound snappy enough for Peter Gabriel to write a song about. Stoning hammers are used for things such as preparing rocks for flooring, or splitting boulders… things that I have never done. Frankly, I have no idea why I have bought this. I don’t doubt that I did buy it at some point but the reason has been lost to history. Please, if this is useful to anybody, please take this hammer. Note, this is heavy. As such, you will probably need to carry it in something suitable. Paper bags will not be sufficient, nor will thin plastic. Located in Bishops Castle

crab apples! (Llaithddu LD1)
Our sheep LOVE crab apples, and after a bumper year last year we have very few on our trees this summer. If you have any on the tree, or later in the season as windfalls PLEASE think of our lovely ladies and let us know! For crabs we are happy to travel so don't worry about distance. If you would like to meet the sheep they will usually eat these from your hand, so bring your gift in person and enjoy their gratitude!

2 wardrobes - or pieces of wood (Llangynllo LD7)
Could you use 2 wooden wardrobes for some kind of storage? And are you the kind of person who enjoys solving puzzles? When we moved house we had to carefully take apart a 2-door wardrobe and a 3-door wardrobe, because they wouldn't go down a narrow stairwell, but in our new house there just isn't any room for them. So that we could use the 3-door wardrobe in our previous house as a place to store things other than clothes, we altered it to have 3 shelves, but with the fitting of a rail it could easily be returned to normal use. The 2-door wardrobe was used mainly for hanging clothes, so it wasn't altered. As clues for solving both puzzles, two sets of directions from the manufacturer will be supplied. The longest pieces of wood are just under 190 cms in length, and the widest are just under 60 cms - so to take away the timber a maximum space of 190 cms by 60 cms will be needed. These pieces of wood could be useful for other purposes. All the wood has been stored in a dry garage. I'm hoping not to have to put all this valuable wood into a skip, or to have to burn it come the winter.
