twin mattress (Derwood, MD) This End Up Furniture Co. brand twin mattress, manufactured by Kingsdown, is clean and in excellent condition—see attached photo. The bed it was on was kept in a spare room and rarely if ever used, but note that it was in a house with dogs and cats. I don’t have the bed frame or box spring, but I do have a freshly laundered mattress pad and sheet set. NOTE: The mattress doesn’t have handles so it is awkward to lift and carry—please plan to bring a helper. You will need to ring the doorbell and come into the living room to get it.

Lg front load washer (no dryer) (Adelphi near mill 20783) LG front load washer. Purchased 2011. Works, but has a smallish leak. We can explain where the leak is. It's fixable if you know what you're doing. We got a bum appliance repair guy, and I gave up. 27"
