This is a very nice Calvin Klein women’s Medium long puffer coat with a faux fur rimmed hood. It has gold zippers and decorative Calvin Klein emblems. There is an issue with the bottom of the zipper. The zipper doesn’t open at the very bottom, so it should go to someone who can replace the zipper.

I have this older step stool and converts into a chair that we have not used for anything but to store junk on and are working on down sizing to move into a smaller place. One of the hinges is broken, missing the pin that hold it together but if someone handy would like to take it and fix it or use it as is for something that would be great. I have access to this insulating material. It runs about 10x20 ft. It is used to wrap around pallet shipments for temp control. It is not used in any contaminated or toxic way. I am sure that it is useful for someone in this frigid weather. My first thought was for the homeless. Just wondering if I should just go downtown and give it to a person or is there a place that I should give it.
