IKEA twin bed (Ball Square)
Promised
5d
- A twin bed from IKEA, the FLAXA. It's slightly lofted. We got this second hand so it's got some wear, but it still works fine. Note that the railing on the open side is not originally part of the bed—we added it to keep my daughter from falling on her face—and could be discarded. The bed can be disassembled for easy pick up. The mattress is not part of the giveaway; we still need that. Pick up in Ball Square.

water-resistant couch cover (Ball Square)
Expired
205d
- Hi! We have three water-resistant couch covers. Basically like this, except all brown, not reversible: They have flaps that go over the arm rests and straps to help them stay on. I have to emphasize that they're water-resistant, not water proof. Liquid beads up on it initially but will soak through if you let it sit. So, if your concern is something like a muddy dog, or a kid that might spill a drink but then clean it up, these will be great. However, if you have an anxious cat who likes to pee on your sofa in the middle of the night, these will not solve your problems. I also have to share that these have been vigorously peed on... but they've also been vigorously washed. Thanks to the aforementioned cat, we've gotten very good at getting cat pee out of things. I'd love it if someone took all three, but it's ok if you only want one. Pick up in Ball Square.

child's sleeping bag (Ball Square)
Gifted
245d
- With broken but theoretically fixable zipper. TICLA sleeping bag, rated to 15/25 degrees, very comfy (the inside feels more like cloth than many sleeping bags), very loved by my daughter. Comes with both a small and large stuff stack. We were about to go camping when we discovered the zipper was broken. We talked to a seamstress who told us how to fix it (instructions below), but neither of us are very handy so we thought our chances of success were low, and since we needed a sleeping bag ASAP, off we went to REI and got a new one. But this one is still good, if you think you can fix the zipper. The seamstress told us that all you need to do is remove the metal bracket thing (pictured) that clamps the edge of the zipper teeth, rethread the zipper teeth through the moving zipper part (as I write this I'm realizing I don't know what words to use to describe different parts of a zipper), and then reclamp the bracket. Maybe you've got more time than we did? It's a good sleeping bag.
