Adjustable computer desk - Spence
27d
- The computer desk shown in the two photos below is no longer needed but is in good condition. The keyboard platform has adjustable height, the two side "tables" fold down if/when not needed and the two upper shelves can be re-positioned if needed. It is on castor wheels so can easily be moved around. It gives a lot of usable surface area in a compact package. Another Computer desk will probably be available soon (watch this space), but it is a different design. Jim Spence

- The speakers shown below have are mains (240v) powered, *not USB* and have a 2 mm output plug (as also seen in the photo below) for the computer or other suitable device. They also have their own volume control. They have been sitting on my shelf for a couple of years but were working well when last used. Can be left out for easy collection by a reliable Freecycler. UPDATE > Breville Whizz food chopper/mixer working, with most accessories & instruction book - Spence
39d
- Another update - the original instruction book has now been found to go with this device. See the previous posting for the pictures. --------------------------------------------------------- Since my first post about this Breville kitchen "Whiz Professional", I have found the original accessories which have never been used (as shown in the picture below). So the device is usable with these accessories, but *not with the damaged cutting blade, which is still NOT included*. Jim Spence

- Since my first post about this Breville kitchen "Whiz Professional", I have found the original accessories which have never been used (as shown in the picture below). So the device is usable with these accessories, but *not with the damaged cutting blade, which is still NOT included*. I may even be able to come up with the original instruction book (but don't count on that).

Breville Whizz food chopper/mixer (no blade) - Spence
Gifted
42d
- This Breville Kitchen chopper/mixer still runs well with its powerful 900 watt motor, but the blade (also pictured below) *is not included* because it has started to shed bits of plastic into the food. I doubt a replacement blade would be available as the device is probably about 10 years old, but it might be useful if the other parts are needed by someone. Alternatively, he base with its powerful motor might be adapted by some clever Freecycler for a totally different use. I don't know how to otherwise responsibly dispose of it. Jim Spence

gal pipe clamps (60 mm outside diameter) - Spence
86d
- I am constructing a shelter for my vegetable garden using some 60 mm (2 inch) outside diameter galvanized pipe (probably vastly over engineered, but that is what I have. But to join them together I need some matching clamps, either four of the right angle type shown below, or 8 of the "T" shaped ones. But "beggars can't be choosers", so I will take what I can get if you have something, provided it will fit the 60 mm (2 inch) outside diameter pipe I already have. . Thanks Jim Spence

Decorative glass panel from beside front door (door not included) - Spence
Expired
106d
- The decorative glass panel shown in the picture below was just removed this morning from beside our front door and is still in good condition, so it would be a shame for it to go to the tip. *379 mm wide, 1910 mm high and about 6 mm thick*. It has a pleasant pattern and a slightly "pinkish"(?) tinge It is of course very fragile, so will need very careful transport using a suitably sized vehicle. I can wrap it as best I can in cardboard. As always, reliable pickup is much appreciated, and particularly asap in this case, as the longer it stays here, the more likely it will get broken. Jim Spence

- A must have for the collector of old electronics, or maybe even still useful to someone. About 110 x 50 mm, this is a small cardboard circular slide rule where you line up the colours from a resistor and it gives its resistance value in ohms. The one I am offering is well used but a picture of a similar one in better condition (copied from the Internet) is shown below. If no-one wants it it will go in the recycling Jim Spence

- Not a real Tiger, but a very realistic one. As can be seen in the photo below, it is about half a metre high and a metre long (not including the tail!). I like it a lot, but unfortunately my wife does not, so it is available to someone who can make good use of it (household decoration, child's toy, or maybe a prop for theatrics?). I will be very interested to hear what ideas you have for it. Reliable pickup appreciated Jim Spence

2-burner Coleman Camping Stove - Spence

171d
- Haven't used this camping stove (Coleman model 425E) for many, many years, but it served our family well when camping. it has been well stored and is in good condition. As shown in the picture below it comes with the original documentation and still has some fuel ("Shellite") in the tank, which I used to make sure it still fired it up. It folds down into a package about 450 mm long, 300 mm wide and 120 mm high Happy for this to go to someone who can use it as it was intended. Reliable pickup appreciated. Jim Spence

concrete step treads or 600 x 600 mm strong pavers - Spence

- I am installing a large (about 2 m x 0.6 m) raised planter box that includes a water tank underneath to capture the used water - enough said, it will be heavy when full and will need a strong level foundation on the ground beneath. So I am after some strong concrete step treads (any one doing renovations?) OR some 600 x 600 mm *strong* concrete pavers. Thanks Jim Spence

214d
- Two pieces of large luggage suitable for travel or storage, as listed below and shown in the attached photograph. (1) 600 x 400 x 200 mm (height, width, depth) good condition with wheels and a retractable handle. Has lots of pockets and an expansion zipper to make it an extra 100 mm deep (total 300 mm). (2) 600 x 400 x 200 mm (height, width, depth) a bit scruffy, but otherwise OK. No wheels. but there is a built in stand so it can stand vertically. Ok for travel, but probably better for storage. Take one or both. Reliable pick up appreciated Jim Spence

Phillips "infraphil" heat lamp - Spence
Expired
259d
- This Phillips "infraphil" heat lamp was among an elderly neighbour's belongings when she passed away. It is in good condition and comes in the original box and has the (tattered) instructions. I have just turned it on and it is working OK. It is intended to apply heat to aching muscles etc, but is probably not a recommended therapy these days as over use can cause burns. So please only take this if you know what you are doing and accept responsibility for its correct use. Jim Spence

Brother Multi-Function Printer Scanner - Spence
Gifted
267d
- Before I find somewhere to recycle it, is anyone interested in a Brother Mono-Laser Printer/Scanner. I can probably provide a power cable and printer cable or Ethernet cable to go with it (it does not have NOT WiFi). It was working OK last time I used it, but that was a long time ago ( I upgraded and it has been under the desk ever since). I haven't tested it recently. It has a Toner cartridge (TN-2250) which feels quite full. If necessary cartridges are available on-line at a reasonable price ( e.g. about $17 at ( ) ) but can cost a small fortune through some shops. If necessary you can still download the necessary Drivers for Windows ( Xp through Windows 11), Mac (OSX 10.4 through MacOS 10.14), Linux , Android and IOS (see ) Cheers Jim Spence
