- I removed the cover, so you may consider putting a new one on to cover up the tear. It’s comfy, and a great size(short) for you or your kid to curl up in. It is on small castor wheels for easy positioning but doesn’t roll around you willy nilly while sitting. House with a cat. Pick up near Langdon park pool.

- Stove top works great. The oven occasionally shuts itself off or won’t fire up until multiple resets. Internet says it needs a sensor replaced. It is currently uninstalled and sitting, covered, out back. It was uninstalled just before Thanksgiving. Yours for the taking if you can pick it up.
