Free: Mulcher (Capitol Hill) Gifted Mulch yard waste and branches with this gas powered machine. Starts up ok but needs a part replaced to run for a period of time. I think it should be a cheap and easy fix for anyone mechanically inclined. Needs to be repaired before anyone can use with any real significance.
