- Used condition. Could use some stain fighting. It needs either a zipper repair or a new zipper. It’s a fairly substantial coat with a very soft lining, so I felt terrible throwing it away. It does have velcro and a bottom and top button as alternative closures.

- Includes long, dresser, mirror, two nightstands, and armoire. The armoire are used to be used for large box TVs, but we converted it into a hanging closet. Mirror can be home or attached to the back of the dresser. Does not include bedframe, so you can use this with any size bed furniture surface is worn, but all pieces are structurally, sturdy and sound. need it gone ASAP so first come first serve.

- Table is 102.5 inches by 37.5 inches at max length. Two center leaves are 17 inches each. Comes with four chairs and a bench. One side could fit up to three chairs for a total of 8-9 seats depending on the size of the person. Table is painted black, and though it is in good condition to use immediately, could be spruced up with a coat of black paint. First come first serve.

- We are moving and will not take this hutch. Solid wood piece but is missing trim along the left side. We attached the top hutch part to the base with small brackets for safety as you can see, But the top hutch typically just sits on top of the dresser base.

- Cabinet company sent a 30 inch cabinet with 36 inch slide outs. They replaced the slide outs and told us to throw the 36 inch ones away. We have no use for them. There are four of them. The last two pictures are how they sit in a cabinet and attach.
