Screenwise International Film Scriptwriting Course (Hamsey Green CR6)
I took this 4-session screen-writing course in the early 1990s. This is all the paper documentation they gave us, including samples of scripts from big Hollywood films of the 70s and 80s, the structure of the 3-Act Play, Character development and motivation. And industry tips. Obviously this is from 30 years ago so some is outdated, but it might be interesting to a film buff. And I think some of the stuff about structure and plotting is pretty timeless.

Two dusty old suitcases (Hamsey Green CR6)
These are old suitcases. A bit dusty and not in the greatest condition. But they might suit someone into upcycling or "vintage". (You may want to replace the locks on the second one). Or raise a couple of quid a at a car boot.

Random collection of old Wired Magazines (Hamsey Green CR6)
Expired
I have a few old Wired magazines, from over the last 25 years or so. Much of what they talk about, and the future they promised is outdated, but these may have some retrofuturist charm for someone. :-)

Non working, but potentially repairable, Dyson vacuum (Hamsey Green CR6)
Gifted
This vacuum cleaner was working fine until a couple of months ago when the power cable got "wrenched". Now it no longer switches on when plugged in. Fixing it is beyond me, but I suspect an electrician or repairer who knows a bit about the electric side of it might find it's fixable. So before it goes to the dump, it's available to anyone who wants to take a punt on it. Like I say, it won't switch on, so don't expect anything from it unless you repair it. And please don't try to repair it unless you know what you're doing. Electricity can be dangerous.

Old Desktop Computer for refurbishment or parts. (Hamsey Green CR6)
Expired
This is a fairly old Pentium based server. (Dell Dimension) We've removed the hard-disks. And there's no screen or keyboard etc. But it could be useful to someone who wants to refurbish an old PC and get it working again. Or who could do so to have a second machine as a server. Or as spare parts. Apart from the obvious missing HD and other peripherals, it should be working. But no guarantees. Just offering it here before it goes in the landfill.

Old Samsung TV and Digibox (Hamsey Green CR6)
Expired
This is an old, but working Samsung TV. Note that it's analogue (so can't receive digital broadcasts by itself) but comes with a "Digibox" which can. Also comes with cables to connect the two. It isn't HDMI, but accepts AV and SCART so if you have an adaptor you can plug eg. computers or video games into it.

Solwise Homeplug Local Area Network / Ethernet Bridge (Hamsey Green CR6)
Gifted
If you don't or can't have a WiFi network in your house or office, you can send data between computers or other devices and a modem connected to the internet, using the ordinary mains wires in your home. These homeplugs plug into ordinary wall sockets but have an ethernet socket to connect to your computer. This bundle includes two homeplugs + the bridge to connect your router to them. Some short ethernet cables and instructions. See for more on this technology and manufacturer, though these are probably not the most up to date models.
