I have this feeder that allows you to set a timer to open the lid (up to 48 hours) and let the pet eat the food. It’s probably too small for most dogs - I used it for my cat. Includes a freezer block to keep the food cool in warmer weather.

Hammers, wedges and beer crate (North Tonbridge TN10)

I have 2 old hammers and 4 steel wedges for splitting logs and an old Carlsberg beer crate that I want to re-home. The steel rule in one picture is only to show size and is not in the offer. At some time the wedges have been painted with brown Hammerite paint, but that won’t stop them working. Could you use them? Can you save them from “the tip”?

Antique shop scales (North Tonbridge TN10)

This is something that I hope there is somebody who will know of ‘just the right place’ in their house. Maybe in a large fireplace, or . . . well, or somewhere else. The scales come from my parents shop in rural Essex and were part of the fixtures when they bought the business in the 1940s. I can’t recall it ever being used and know it they were in a storeroom from the 1960s until they retired and have been in my loft for the past 20 years. I have nowhere to put them - but they are too good to throw away. Do you have a space for these scales and the style / age of house for them? If not they might end up in the charity shop (not sure they would take them) or in the worst case they will go to the household waste site.

I have a box of old wooden moulding planes that I would love to give to someone who might use them. There are 18 moulding planes - 17 have blades - and one block plane (with blade). I was given them but don’t do the level of carpentry to make my own mouldings. They could be used to make the base for lamps - I also thought that you could use 4 to make a pair of bookends. So, if you would like to take them please get in touch.

I have a Weber barbecue that has sat on my patio and not been used in a while, so I think it might be useful for someone else in this hot weather. The wheels and legs can be taken off so it should fit in a car with no problems. I think I also have some charcoal and firefighters (the firefighters may not work).

This is on behalf of a friend who uses the printer so infrequently that the ink cartridges dry up between uses, so I am offering it for a new owner. It is in working order. I don’t have the instruction manual, but imagine that the information is available on line. If you would like this please let me know and please arrive at the agreed time and date to collect it. I’ve had a few experiences where recipients haven’t turned up and haven’t been in touch to reschedule Thanks.

I have three bags of gravel that I have removed from my garden - therefore the gravel is dirty and may have some soil mixed in with it. One bag has been requested, so there are two remaining. The bags are about 6 inches deep to keep them light enough for me to carry. If you would like them - please let me know when you can collect them. Please don’t make an arrangement and then break it with no contact - it only annoys people and undermines the use of Freegle.

I have two bags of cobbles that were in my garden - therefore you might want to wash them as they are dirty. The bags are only about 6inches full (to make them easy to move). IKEA (single size) Day Bed (North Tonbridge TN10)

I have a pale blue IKEA day bed to give away. It has never been used and now is the time to make better use of the very small bedroom. It’s a single bed - dimensions on the label are 90cm by 200cm. I also have a mattress (unused) with the bed, but can dispose of this if it’s not wanted. I will dismantle the bed to make it easier to transport. If you would like this please let me know, but it please make sure that you can collect it at the agreed time - I’ve had experiences of people deciding not to collect things.
