Very comfy couch (Springfield, VA) Expired 183d - Pet free home, microfiber or something similar. Could probably use a decent shampoo because we have kids but the house is pet free Footprint is approximately 7 feet by 3 feet. I can help load but be forewarned we have about 30 steps up to the house so it’ll be a bit of an adventure.
