Request: Air fryer (Hailsham BN27) Withdrawn I am looking for a working air fryer. I have been persuaded of their merits but I am loath to spend out so much money before I can see one working for myself. Even a small cheap one will do because I shall pass it on if I decide buy my own.

Request: Paper shredder (Hailsham BN27) Withdrawn I decided to shred some papers and got down to the job. After a while the machine cut out, but after a good while further it did not restart. I have had the machine to bits to clean it out but it is well and truly defunct. I am hoping that someone has a working paper shredder which they are not going to use again that they might be able to pass on to me. I really do not want to spend money on a new machine which will only be used once in a blue moon.

Request: PC front drive space blank (Hailsham BN27) I am taking out a broken DVD optical drive from the front of a pc. I think I shall go with using an external model now but I want to fill the space with a proper blank.

Free: Dehumidifier (Hailsham BN27) Gifted I have a Meaco 20L compressor dehumidifier which I bought new in 2018. It no longer works. It is 23" tall and 13 " wide, the photos have come out strangely. Other than not working, it is in perfect order. As new, you might say. Rather than go through the expense and uncertainty of diagnosis, I have decided to scrap it and buy a new one. If you want it, come and get it. I shall recycle it soon if it does not go.

Request: Mouse (Hailsham BN27) Received Computer mouse of pre USB days. I am in deep trouble with my loading Windows 11. I am trying to back track and load windows 7 onto a clean machine but it does not recognize the mouse. Absolutely nothing on the internet helps. I thought that if I could try a pre USB wired mouse, that might do the trick because the trouble seems to lie in the USB area. I used to have a wired mouse with a green and purple plug. I threw it out ages ago; bad mistake it seems. If anyone can help it might just save my sanity.

Request: RAM (Hailsham BN27) Expired I am looking for some DDR3 RAM in matching pairs 2400 or greater would be good. 4Gb or greater. I am needing to upgrade an older PC to make it compatible with OS upgrade. If any one is scrapping an old PC it might be that they have some unwanted DDR4 available.

Free: Speakers (Hailsham BN27) Gifted Speakers for PC. label on back reads: JUSTer Elite Speaker Ind. Co. Ltd. Manufactured in China. Model Number AT-85. Power Supply - 230 VAC/50Hz. Maximum Power Consumption 25 Watts. Double Insulated. I think one of them works, the other does not. I think someone will be able to get them going properly and make use.

Free: Wood (Hailsham BN27) Expired I have the remnants of a gate that I have broken up. There are some 4"x2" (approx.) and some lengths of feathered fence board. It is all about 20 years old and well seasoned. I thought someone might like to have it for burning or even construction purposes before I take it to the tip. The photos show it leaning up against my fence.

Free: Armchair (Hailsham BN27) Gifted Armchair with extending leg support. I think you call the material velveteen. Looks like velvet but I don't think it is. The more colourful of the pictures is the more representative of the chair's colour. It is useable. It is in my conservatory and is soon going to the tip.

Request: Books and study materials (Hailsham BN27) Expired At my ripe old age I need books and charts etc. to further my newly found interest in botany and all other living organisms other than animals; so, Plants, Fungi, Protists and Prykaryotes. Standard needs to be from beginner to university level. I feel a lot of field work coming on. I hope you can help.

Request: Fish tank. (Hailsham BN27) Expired Fish tank. Does not have to be water tight but it must be undamaged. Preferably with lid and electric light (not essential!). Needed for experimental growing of small plants. Size, in the region of 24" long. If you have one available please let me know the measurements so that I can assess suitability.

Free: Printer (Hailsham BN27) Expired Samsung SCX 340x, used. Condition is as new except that it chews paper so it has to go. All paperwork, instructions, warranty booklet, software driver disc, three cables and original packing present. All boxed and ready to go.
