Piano (Maple Leaf / Northgate)
Piano, works but could use a tune. Mike Gill has tuned it several times and hasn't called out any issues. We got it in 2018 when our old piano no longer could hold a tune. No one plays it anymore. 56.5" wide, 55" tall. Comes with bench that opens to store music. Great piano for kids to learn on. Coordinated pickup from Maple Leaf, you'll need a piano mover. 3 steps to road level.

Retractable screen door for front door. Hardware works fine, screen could be straightened out to use for a few more years, or if you're feeling handy take it apart and replace the screen. A bit tattered at the very bottom where dogs have pushed under it. Would fix it here, but we have a bulldog who either can't see it or refuses to acknowledge its existence. Can either do gate pickup or coordinated if you want to see how it's attached and works, can take it down when you're here. In a 36x81"space, I believe it can be trimmed down but would take some effort

Fold out mattress with zip off cover. Mattress is 3" thick, 47" wide, and about 73.5" long. Folds into thirds so, 47x24.5x9 folded. Cover is blue minky top and sides. Bottom is blue ultrasuede, just throw it in the wash. So odd size (maybe euro full) and a little thin but perfect for kid sleepovers and full size sheet work fine. Also fits perfectly along side a standard crib if you have a climber, and works as a cushy step if you take the side of the crib off for that age of climbing out but doesn't need a big bed yet. Has one weird semicircle stain in photos right at the top. My guess is hair product at some point. Otherwise looks great but does come from a house with dogs so will need a good run over it with tape roller. Coordinated pickup due to size.

Offer - columnar apple trees. They're big. They produce a crazy amount of apples and need support. One has fallen over again, but is still alive. Our soil is way too sandy to support these guys. They tend to tip over once they've got apples on them and I can't keep them watered enough. 4 trees, 3 varieties - Scarlet Sentinel, Northpole, and Golden Sentinel. You dig, likely pretty easy given that they fall over. This fall's harvest won't survive a move likely, but great for next year. Coordinated pickup. Adding that the fence is between 5'6" and 6' for scale.

piano and bench. They look fine together but aren't a set. Piano has been in climate controlled storage while we worked on our house for ~2 years and was fine before that but could certainly use a tune. The bench has a hinged top to store music in. Some scratches on the bench from kids sliding on and off. Sound was fine, it replaced a loved piano whose board finally gave out about 6 years ago, not sure how many prior owners. Pick up in public storage at 92 and Aurora. Elevators, no stairs to load.
