Would you like to organize an event towards the end of June? At the new Seniors Corner? Some live entertainment? Cool beverages? Brian Beavan and his Trees and Green spaces group planted beautiful flowers at the corner of Elgin and Somerset Streets. Nicely done. They're lovely and a huge improvement. The Manager of the TD Bank was very pleased. We're still looking for two park benches. If anyone has any ideas in this regard, please pass them along. In the meantime, it's quite acceptable to show up with a lawn chair and a beverage. Mostly black Offer: Electric Sewing Machine (Museum of Nature - Centretown) Gifted 67d - This was bought for my parents for an engagement gift in 1939 at Eaton's Montreal. Unfortunately the electric cord is missing but I'm sure its an easy replacement. If you could see the opposite side of the cabinet you would see that there's a door that opens, etc. I would like to think that someone will give it a new home with lots of TLC. I hadn't seen it in many years!

Offer: Candle holder (Museum of Nature) Gifted 105d - I believe it’s crystal however it’s missing a droplet. It appears that this was in an accident as the top portion has been glued back on but it’s not noticeable. It was left by a former tenant. Its heavy and pretty. I know that droplets are available at Yardley’s on Bank Street.
