Steel sink and tap with draining board (Upper Holloway N4) Gifted 8d - Standard steel sink with draining board and mixer tap. We’ve been using it for just under a year as a temp kitchen during renovations. Shown here having just been removed from the house (hence no pic from the front, but it’s a standard sink). With or without white countertop. Good used condition

Large fridge/freezer (Upper Holloway N4) Gifted 9d - CLAIMED ALREADY (subject to confirmation/collection) This is a Haier HB 8FGSAAA Slim American-style fridge freezer. A++ energy rated. Bought from John Lewis four years ago. Perfect working order, disposing due to kitchen renovation (and Facebook marketplace being full of scammers!). (Which is why it’s a bit dusty but that’s entirely superficial). This MUST be collected *tomorrow* (May 15) after noon. It is large and heavy and while there MAY be someone here to help move it you will need a van and probably hand truck and at least two strong men. Do not ask for it if you are unable to take it. Given that it is a fairly valuable and I assume desirable item please don’t waste my time if you cannot collect it tomorrow and are not serious. Thanks.

Large disassembled wood garden shed (Upper Holloway N4) Gifted 15d - It was used during a renovation and no longer required. It was up for about 9 months. Measures approx 2.4m wide and 3.5m deep.

Boston hard (RGP) lens cleaner (Upper Holloway N4) Expired 322d - Brand new in sealed box. With some new lens cases too.

3 steel saucepans (Upper Holloway N4) Gifted 324d - Not induction suitable. Otherwise used but very good condition. About 22, 19 and 17cm diameters.

Seagull IV water filtration unit (Upper Holloway N4) Gifted 324d - To be plumbed into a water system. It’s been sitting unused in our cupboard for some time but I believe it works fine.

Neff double oven (Upper Holloway N4) Expired 338d - A Neff double oven (smaller top oven, full size lower oven) about 16 years old but still works fine. Note that the electric board that controls the clock and electronic functions like timer doesn’t work, and I can’t get the cover off to replace the internal light on the lower oven. As an oven to cook with it’s been fine. We are only replacing it because we are renovating the kitchen entirely. Available to collect within The next few days.

240L wheelie bin lid (Upper Holloway N4) Expired 344d - New, no fixings.

Glass jars (various) (Upper Holloway N4) Expired 350d - Glass jars going. Most of the larger ones were used for sloe gin and, despite washing, still have an aroma. They’d be fine for eg pickling with vinegar but not necessarily for storing dry foods. Others clean.

TV bench (Upper Holloway N4) Gifted 353d - Heals TV bench. Used condition. Note missing veneer to corner, with a bit of scratching above. Approx 160w x 50d x 43h (cm)

Tempur king mattress (Upper Holloway N4) Expired 356d - Tempur memory foam mattress, king size (150x200cm), with cover. It has a tear with a hole - see pic. It’s usable but not as comfortable on that side. Apparently one can buy a small piece of memory foam and cut it to size and glue it in as a repair.

Dining table and 5 chairs (Upper Holloway N4) Gifted 359d - Beautiful wood dining table with 5 chairs (2 of which have arms). The veneer has some markings at one end (pictured) but we use it with a cloth. It measures approx 198x98cm and has a leaf which adds a further 60cm or so (haven’t measured).

Bumbo tray (Upper Holloway N4) Expired 359d - Not sure if it was ever used. Excellent condition.

Muslins for baby (Upper Holloway N4) Gifted 360d - Muslins for a baby. Well used but in good condition and still plenty of use in them. Most are the smaller size but there in one large one (with the stars) which is in better condition.
