18-35 foot aluminum extension ladder. Good condition. Needs minor repairs that cost far less than a new ladder! Needs a rope to pull up / lower the extension. New small springs for the rung locks. Both are easy to get at a hardware store or online. The feet and top appear to be in good condition.

This is a new post since the material from the previous posts has been taken (sorry!). 6x6 Railroad ties of varying lengths (originally pressure treated) Fair to poor condition. Use for fill, backing material, mulching etc. Spikes and nails have been removed, except for one or two spikes I can't seem to remove. If you take it, I'll throw in a bucket of spikes, worth maybe $50 or more!

Pole tree/bush limb cutter 4 repair (Pleasantville)

Currently about 12 feet long. 3 sections -- 2 aluminum and one wood. See first picture. The second picture shows just the cutting mechanism. The third picture shows that the wood needs to be 1" diameter so that it will fit into the aluminum section. It disassembles into 3 pieces for storage and transport. The wood section broke due to my carelessness. But can be replaced using a 1" diameter pole of any length you want. So you can make it 16 feet long or longer. If you're handy, you can remove the cutter part from the current wood section and remount on a new piece of wood. This is far cheaper than buying a NEW pole cutter! I have the rope to attach to the cutter head that I can give you to reattach to the cutting arm. (I inherited another pole cutter, so I no longer need this one).

This is a new post since the material from the previous post has been taken (sorry!). 6x6 Railroad ties of varying lengths (originally pressure treated) Varying lengths ranging from 19" up to 50". All power washed to clean them up (first 5 pictures). Note that the saw dust is from cutting off unusable parts that are now in the scrap pile. Spikes and nails have been removed, except for one spike I can't seem to remove. But it will go back in, so it's usable. Used, but lots of good solid wood! You can terrace your garden. Flower planters. Etc. Take what you want. Leave the rest for someone else. Preference will go to someone who will take everything, including the scrap (last 2 pictures). Some are usable (depending on your need), can be mulched / shredded, or the short ones used for decorative purposes. A bonus gift if you take the scrap!
