My grand daughter has had a tummy bug and is also teething poor little thing. Metanium is the only thing that works on her nappy rash and it has been discontinued . If anyone has any at home it would be hugely appreciated

Needs a good clean as has been out since summer. Exposed to elements. I have 2 pump units both have faults which could be repaired if you have the know how. Both will heat the water and the bubbles come on briefly then it cuts out. If you are good at electrics this could be a good little project.
