- A king size mattress, "memory foam" style, made by dunlopillo. Approximate measurements : 150 x 200cm / 5ft x 6ft 6in. The outer layer is removable and washable, and it has been washed since last use. (Although it might need another wash because it's gathered a bit of dust since then) This mattress is a few years old but not excessively used due to being in a spare room most of the time.

- A light coloured leather chair with a wooden frame. The condition is generally fine, although the back is a bit scuffed/scratched (see pictures) The chair is bigger than it looks in the pictures, approximate measurements: 67cm wide, 80cm deep, almost 1m height.
