Colman tent. Six Person (Gardena & Normandie)
Withdrawn
This is a used tent. The tent itself is in very good condition. It has no holes, is watertight, all the zippers are working, etc., though a couple of the corner straps (where the stakes go) are replaced with rope. The rainfly has some small holes in it. It looks like it rolled onto some abrasive gravel or something. I'm sure it can be replaced easily, or patched. It will work just fine too, if it's not raining, the holes are very small and not noticeable. It comes with setup instructions but no bag. For more information about the tent itself, here is the product page:

fruit trees (Gardena & Normandie)

Free fruit trees. Take any or all. You dig and transport. Please be nice to our yard. Here's what we have: The pomagranate is huge and fluffy, about 15ft tall, but the main trunks aren't so big. It can easily be trimmed small, but will be better with plenty of space, as it likes to explode. Every year we trim down to nothing and by the next year it's enormous again. It's medium productive and fruiting more each year. The persimmon is medium sized. About 10ft high, but trims down smaller. It is very productive. The two fig trees are medium sized (10 to 15ft) and very productive. They're black figs and delicious. The sweet lime is about 5 feet tall and the most productive tree we have. It makes up to 100 lbs of fruit and has been known to fall over under it's own weight with lots of rain. It's ok though, just push ot back upright and it's happy. Make sure you are familiar with sweet lime. It's not sweet and not limey. Honestly, it just tastes like water. I'm told some folks use it for something.

Pretty Climbing Vine (Gardena & Normandie)
Gifted
We just took down our fence. This vine has lived on it for years. Don't know what type it is, but it has pretty flowers and occasional green pods (see pictures). Hate to just kill it, so hoping to find it a happy home. Won't grow from clippings, so you'll need to dig up the root ball.

Avocado Tree (for transplant) (Gardena & Normandie)
Gifted
We're taking our fence down and need the tree to go. Come dig it up and it's yours. It's currently fruiting and it may be the wrong season for transplanting, but it should survive. We're not sure what type it is. The avocados are round and taste really good. Seems similar to haas as far as the flesh and rind. The tree seems healthy and happy. It does tend to get spots on the lower leaves in late summer. Likely some sort of leaf-mites. It doesn't seem to affect the tree and we've never treated for it. You can probably research and treat if you care. Each year, the leaves fall off and then come back fresh and new, so we never worried about it. I took a picture of one of the affected leaves (the worst I could find).
