Free: 100 (50 each black and white) 98mm/4” wall tiles (Twickenham TW2) Expired 160d - 2 boxes of 25 each colour. Slightly rounded corners and smooth but figured wavy surface. Must be collected (or agreed) by end of Mon 4th Dec as doing a tip run on Tue 5th.

Free: iON Tape2PC cassette tape recorder/player (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 203d - Working, needs USB cable and 2pin shaver to 3 pin UK mains adaptor. Works well with 'Audacity' as a free audio capture software to digitise old tapes.

Free: Vanity basin (Hansvit) (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 241d - 30cm wide, 18.5cm deep, 9.5 high. In original Hansvit box. Unused. Has some mastic around the waste hole when it was fitted with a waste but then we changed our mind before it was ever plumbed in, so virtually new.

Free: Cobra bath shower mixer and basin taps (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 241d - As new in bath mixer box.

Free: Hafele 30cm pull out kitchen larder baskets (Twickenham TW2) Expired 242d - With spare bits. Must be collected/agreed by end of Mon 4th as doing a tip run Tue!

Free: Farrow & Ball ‘Churlish Green’ modern emulsion. (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 242d - Feels like approx half a 2.5L tin left. Stuff isn’t cheap these days, so…. Must be collected or agreed so by end Mon 4th Dec as doing a tip run Tues 5th!

Free: Art Deco cabinet/cupboard (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 244d - One for shabby chic/man cave rather than full restoration. Dimensions in first pic. One handle broken but they aren’t original anyway. Oodles of vibe. All solid wood. Drawers are a little stiff but a change of environment/climate from our cold garage might fix that!

Free: 24 white wall tiles (8”/20cm) (Twickenham TW2) Expired 358d - Looks like Wickes packaging but unsure. Described as “Glacier Bumpy White” but theses are high gloss things, the bumpiness is very subtle and would need to be caught in the light to see! Free: Steel mirrored bathroom cabinet (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 1y - 74cm tall, 50cm wide, 18.5 cm deep. "Metalkris', Spanish made. Needs a good clean but still looks smart. A tiny bit of corrosion on the top but doesn't appear to be spreading and won't be visible. One of the shelves is a little loose inside but it's not critical as won't be bearing heavy loads.

Free: B&Q 90cm pendant light (new, boxed) (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 1y - Never fitted; full spec in pics but basically 90cm long and 21W T5 baton required.

Free: 30cm kitchen pull out larder fittings/mechanism (Twickenham TW2) Expired 1y - 5 chrome baskets; in good condition with minor wear and tear. Screws, door fitting plates and basket stops included. Cannot be sure of brand but I seem to recall Hafele. Suits regular 60cm deep cupboards around 2m tall. Can always put a permanent shelf in a taller one and use it, though.

Free: Cosori Electric Kettle (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 1y - Mint condition, was used for less than 3 weeks. In original packaging with user guide and guarantee card. Has been thoughly descaled and rinsed out (as internal pic shows) so new owner should fill/boil/discard before first proper use.

Free: Peavey XR 680E powered mixer/PA amplifier (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 1y - It's old, it has some wear and tear and missing knobs but it all works fine as far as I can test. Manual available online here: Just the mixer - new owner will need speakers and cables. Note - have a skip coming tomorrow (Thur 23rd Feb) afternoon and it will be going in it if not collected!

Free: 2 x Philips 13W PL-C 4P bulbs (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 1y - Boxed and new to my knowledge but unable to test and been stored a while. Two offered as one collection.

Free: 12 B22 fitting energy saver bulbs (Twickenham TW2) Gifted 1y - 7 x Osram 11W (60W equivalent) 2 x Philips version of above 3 x Philips 8W (40W equivalent) All boxed, and to my recollection brand new and never used - but offered in good faith with no means to test them as have LED ceiling units everywhere!
