Free: Small dogs rain jacket (League City) Gifted Adorable like new rain jacket for a small dog. Under 20#. I have an 18# Shi-Xu for comparison the jacket just fits around her belly. When I put it on she looked sooo cute but she refused to walk when it was on and would just lay down. So if you have a small fashionista that isn’t a picky little stinker like mine this is for you!
