Item has been kept in storage so will show signs of wear and tear but still usable. Overall I'd say is in OK to Fair condition, one of the draws slopes slightly but still works. One leg slightly split but still strong. This could make a great restoration project for someone! Would be a shame to throw away.

Item is a full set with track, cars, and figures. One piece of track is broken but could easily be fixed. Dinosaur has a crack by its face but could also be easily fixed. Kids no longer play with this, so giving away.
