- Nearly brand new less than 2 months old! Bought on Wayfair in November. Decided we wanted something larger. Soft light beige chenille fabric, sectional chaise sofa and matching swivel chair. Chase section of the sofa lifts up with storage underneath. Sofa is approximately 99 inches across and the chaise section extends about 67 inches. Both pieces must go together MONDAY January 8th. Priority to fastest pickup. New sofa arriving Tuesday. Sofa can be disassembled at the chaise/ arms come off etc. originally came in boxes from Wayfair. It’s very comfortable and looks great. Will need a truck or a van and 2 people to transport.

- L shape espresso sectional - unbelievably comfortable - comes apart into 2 sections. Is not reversible (left / right chaise) - 118” long total. The chaise section extends out 96” from the wall to the edge. 2 adults can each fully lay down on each section. Seat cushions are removable (not sewn down). The color is wearing in one area (see pics). Leather finish restorer is included which we used very successfully 2 years ago. Bought on Amazon. The chaise has a few small tear areas (see pics) that a leather repair kit can handle if you are handy. Hate to throw it out so hopefully someone can use it. Must go Sunday - will need a truck or a van and 2 people.

Could be assembled with only (1) drawer unit instead of 2 if other side is against a corner wall. - Gray Duraflame decorative electric wood stove/fireplace. Plugs into wall outlet. Great for holiday decorating to add ambiance near the tree. Heating element does not currently function so warm air does not flow to actually heat a room. Fireplace flames function perfectly. Replacements for the heater can be found on Ebay or Amazon for someone handy with electrical wiring. Would be found under Twin Star (the Duraflame parts manufacturer) fan blower. Or contact Twin Star directly. Great condition otherwise. Fast pick up preferred over first to respond.

- Pick up in Dover 5' Wood dining table and 6 matching chairs. Solid and sturdy. Chairs need some simple tightening of hardware and some polishing. Table top is detached from legs and needs washers/bolts to attach and needs some TLC/refinishing - see pictures.
