Free: CURB ALERT chest of drawers (Hintonburg) Dark blue wooden chest of drawers. Seems to be in good shape. Out in front of 69 Melrose Avenue, two houses south of Gladstone.

Free: Pink soft bristle brush (Hintonburg) Promised Clean soft bristle brush for use in shower or bath. Bristles are still intact but somewhat discoloured. Could be used as brush for small pet. It might look dirty in the second photo, but that’s just because of the light.

Free: Wire brush (Hintonburg) Wire brush with solid wood handle. 11 1/2 inches long. Not safe to use as BBQ brush, which is what it was for originally but could be used for scraping or cleaning. Slight crack in handle, which could easily be glued. See photos.

Free: Glass pitcher (Hintonburg) Glass pitcher in very good condition. No lid. Approximately 1 foot high. Writing says “ In any language, NSA means delicious water! “. Then it says “delicious water” in many different languages. NSA used to be a popular “water purification”company. Porch pick up possible depending on weather.

Free: Crocheted decorative potholders (Hintonburg) Two small crocheted pot holders. Small stains as shown in photos. If the stains bother you, maybe they could be repurposed.

Free: Large spice rack (Hintonburg) Promised Pre-labeled jars that pull out. Spice rack spins around. Room for 20 spices. Needs a good cleaning & you will need to empty the spices from the jars. 13 1/2 inches high. 8 inches in diameter.

Free: Medium sized mirror (Hintonburg) Gifted 15 1/2 inches from left or right. 21 inches from top to bottom. Slight nicks in the frame. Barely noticeable.

Free: Skin toner (Hintonburg) Promised Unopened. 258 mL. All natural ingredients. Made locally. If you don’t know what skin toner is used for, you probably don’t need it. 🙂

Free: Bag of Paper bags with handles (Hintonburg) Gifted Large paper grocery bags with handles. See photo. Didn’t count them, but there are probably 30 to 40.

Free: large ceramic bowl (Hintonburg) Sturdy ceramic bowl. Approximately 10 square inches. Good place to store keys and other small items as you come in the door. Has a few very small chips around the edges.

Free: Girl or women’s top (Hintonburg) Cream coloured top by Joe Fresh . Tag says extra large, but looks more like a medium. Mix of rayon, polyester and nylon. Don’t know if it’s a girl’s top or women’s. Has lots of pills on it, but looks comfy and warm.

Free: Plastic dish w/ compartments (Hintonburg) 3 compartments. dinner plate size. Could be used for food or to store small items. Microwavable. Cover is cracked (see photo) and could possibly be repaired or just use dish without cover since the cover doesn’t go in the microwave anyhow.

Free: Single twin sheets (imperfect) (Hintonburg) Gifted 2 different single twin size sheets. Previously used at a cottage. The squirrels got in and had a party. (See photos). All sheets were washed in borax.. White cotton fitted sheet. Several small marks. Flannel fitted sheet with Toy Story characters. 4 large acorn stains, and two small holes. Take one or both

Free: Milk chocolate / soft toffee (Hintonburg) Gifted I have a friend that says chocolate never expires. If you share that philosophy, you’re welcome to these milk mint flavoured chocolates best before August 31, 2023. They are unopened. The toffee was opened, but they are individually wrapped. They’re described as soft, but I found them too hard on my teeth. Best before July 15, 2027.

Free: Queen size quilt (Hintonburg) Gifted Queen size medium weight quilt. There are small holes that need mending. (One on the top and several on the underside—see photos). Also, the dye has faded in some places (also see photo).

Free: 4 large towels (Hintonburg) Gifted There are two identical bath towels with the name Ramsay on them that are in good condition but have some pulls in them. (See first photo). The other two towels are very large and have small acorn stains on them. It may or may not be possible to remove the stains.

Free: Sink insert to drain pots etc (Hintonburg) Gifted Metal sink insert. Measures 15.5 inches front to back & 17.25 inches side to side. Got it from a Trash Nothing buddy but it's too big for my sink so I'm re-posting.

Free: Sleeping bag (Hintonburg) Gifted Chocolate brown with green plaid on the underside. Zipper needs fixing, and the seam is undone in a couple of places along the sides (see photo). Maybe a quilter would like to repurpose it. Or you can mend the sides and just use it as a blanket. Was laundered recently, but an airing wouldn’t hurt it.
