Offer: Food (4800 W 4100 S, WVC) Gifted - I was given way too much food today at the food bank distribution, so I'm offering it here. Must take all! Preference goes to whoever can pick it up first (please asap today, I don't have room in my fridge or freezer for all of this). When you reply, please tell me when you can pick it up. * Baby spinach * Romaine lettuce * Jalapenos * Grape tomatoes * Carrots * Black seedless table grapes * Peanut butter * Sliced fruit * Fully cooked sausage patties (in fridge, should be frozen but I don't have room in my freezer) * Fully cooked chicken patties (in fridge, should be frozen but I don't have room in my freezer) If you want information about the food bank distribution just let me know. It happens twice a week, there is no ID or income documentation requested, and you generally get enough food to feed about 4 people for maybe a week, depending on how much you cook and how much you eat. *"For a long time it seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life. This perspective has helped me to see there is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So treasure every moment you have and remember that time waits for no one."*- Souza < Virus-free. < <#DAB4FAD8-2DD7-40BB-A1B8-4E2AA1F9FDF2> Request: Push mower Received - Looking for a push mower/reel mower for mowing the grass. I can pick it up anywhere in Salt Lake County. Thanks! Request: Wooden cooking utensils (Salt Lake County or Bountiful) - I'm looking for a wooden cooking utensil that I can use to deglaze the bottom of my metal Instant Pot without scratching it. I need something with a relatively broad edge, like a blunt spoon or a spatula. I don't care if it's used or stained. I've never cooked before the crisis, and I've found that metal utensils scratch the bottom of my pot but plastic isn't strong enough. I'd just go to DI, but they closed a couple weeks ago, and getting what I want online or in stores can be a bit difficult right now. I'm happy to drive anywhere in Salt Lake County or Bountiful. Request: Apron (Salt Lake County) - I'm looking for an apron. I don't care if it's old and used or even stained. Because of the crisis I've been cooking for the first time in my life, and I'm making an absolute mess of my clothes. I'd just get an apron at DI, but they closed a couple weeks ago :( I'm in West Valley City, and I'm happy to drive anywhere in Salt Lake County to pick one up. I'm also willing to drive to Bountiful. Thank you! Offer: Food (4100 South 4800 West) - Take some or all. * Oranges * Broccoli (florets, fresh in bag in fridge) * Celery (in bags in the fridge) * 1 Zucchini * 1 carton 2% milk * Red onions * Fresh pineapples (several) * Brown potatoes * Green apples (lots) * Fresh cranberries (lots) * 1 package romaine lettuce * Peach fruit cups (lots) * Cans of mixed vegetables * Cans of corn * Cans of garbanzo beans For those of you who think this may be too good to be true: I get food once a week from a food bank drop-off. When they give it out they don't let you decline anything - you either get all of it or none. I always end up with more food than my family can use and sometimes some stuff I don't know how to cook. I absolutely hate throwing perfectly good food away, so I'm offering it here :) And if you just want info about the food bank drop-off so you can go too, just ask me! No paperwork or ID required - you just show up and they give you tons of food. Offer: Bundles of green onions (4100 S 4800 W) - Several bundles of green onions. *"For a long time it seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life.
