- Well loved and used cream leather sofa. Has no tips or tears, fully functional. Shows years of sitting in it. Can be conditioned with leather spray. Fairly heavy and large, will need 2 people and a truck.

- Oxford Piermont bedroom / nursery set. Has been used well for babies so shows wears and tears, but nothing is broken and all full usable. Includes - 4-in-1 convertible crib bed. Crib, side rail, full sized bed - dresser with changing table topper - hutch / bookcase conversion - side table Must take it all, will need a truck, have packed down some parts. Happy to include the toddler mattress as well (is clean, waterproof and always covered) Photos - of the set and also from internet for the bedroom combinations as either a nursery or a full sized bedroom set.

- Thule Urban Glide Jogging Stroller with Bassinet (and attachments). Bassinet hardly used but color faded. Stroller used well, all working in order, folds down for travel. Faded with sun. Was scrubbed and wiped down using Clorox for its next home.

- Baby Jogger City Select Lux Double Stroller Solid condition - used for kids annd is fantastic for 2-3 kids. Folds down and many combinations of seats to work with needs. Can also fit a baby seat (not included). Do have the stand for older kid at back, included. Has been cleaned down with a scrubbing brush and Clorox wipes thoroughly to give the best condition for next user. Is worn and faded from the sun. All parts are there and it all works.
